Job summary

Recruitify HR is hiring a seasoned HR Generalist in Gauteng to support payroll, recruitment, onboarding and employee relations. You will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain HR records and drive remuneration benchmarking projects.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of HR Generalist experience, strong knowledge of SA labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA and MEIBC), advanced Excel skills and proven ability to deliver accurate HR reporting.

Qualifications

• Must hold HR, Industrial Psychology or Business Administration qualifications.
• At least 4 years HR Generalist experience.
• Experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and performance management.
• Payroll administration experience.
• Salary surveys and remuneration benchmarking experience.
• Strong knowledge of SA labour legislation – BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA & MEIBC.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong HR reporting, administration and record-keeping skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, aviation or engineering will be advantageous.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
