Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour law and HR best practices.
• Proficient in HR software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and selection for vacancies.
• Facilitate onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Advise management on HR policies and legislation.
• Support employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR programs.
