Job summary

Valterra Platinum in Rustenburg is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to maintain P&O practices, systems and data quality across the operation.

You will advise line managers on policies and employment terms, support Talent Management and performance processes, and facilitate onboarding and offboarding while ensuring regulatory compliance in a mining environment. Collaboration with site leadership will drive an inclusive culture and effective labour relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in HR management or Industrial Psychology.
• Post Graduate Degree in HR management or Industrial Psychology is desirable.
• Valid EB/Code 08 driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all P&O practices, systems and data quality within the operation.
• Provide HR advice to line managers on policies and terms of employment.
• Support Talent Management and performance management processes.
• Recruitment support including onboarding and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
