Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant HR qualification.
• 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Good understanding of South African labour law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment from job postings to initial screening.
• Administer employee benefits and payroll processing support.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to staff and managers.
• Participate in employee relations investigations and resolutions.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure data compliance.
• Assist with HR initiatives and projects as needed.
