The successful candidate will support recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration and employee development while upholding confidentiality and high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' HR generalist experience.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in HRM/Industrial Psychology/Business Admin.
• Experience with payroll processes.
• Knowledge of SA labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA, MEIBC).

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and employee wellness.
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation, company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate statutory and HR compliance reports.
• Support payroll administration and maintain accurate employee records.
• Conduct salary surveys and remuneration benchmarking.
• Compile HR reports and management information for decision-making.
• Maintain confidential and accurate HR data.
• Contribute to HR process improvements and broader business initiatives.
