The ideal candidate has 6+ years of HR Generalist experience, strong VIP payroll skills, and comprehensive knowledge of SA labour laws. The position emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and proactive HR intervention.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR Generalist experience with strong payroll experience on VIP.
• Extensive knowledge of SA labour legislation (UIF, PAYE, WCA, etc.).
• Experience in compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• HR and payroll administration including loading new employees and terminations on VIP.
• Perform payroll reconciliations for medical aid, provident funds, PAYE, and GLs.
• Generate accurate HR and payroll reports for management.
• Maintain policies, prepare management reports, and ensure policy compliance.
