Job summary

Alpha is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist / Senior HR Administrator to provide comprehensive HR support across employee relations, recruitment, HR administration, performance management and compliance.

You will partner with line managers to champion people practices, ensure legal compliance under South African labour laws, and foster a positive employee experience while coordinating onboarding and development.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience in HR Generalist role (2-3 years).
• Strong knowledge of SA labour legislation.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for employee relations enquiries.
• Advise managers on disciplinary procedures ensuring fairness.
• Coordinate onboarding, contracts, leave, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and administer benefits.
• Support performance management and engagement initiatives.
