Qualifications

• A relevant degree in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of HR experience with a focus on Employee Relations.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law, CCMA processes, and related legislation.
• Experience conducting investigations and disciplinary hearings; strong communication and negotiation skills.
