Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in HR with a focus on compliance and reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labour laws (BCEA, LRA, EEA).
• Experience in developing HR policies and conducting audits.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Ensure the organization's HR practices comply with all South African labour laws and regulations.
• Develop, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are clearly communicated and understood.
• Conduct regular HR compliance audits to identify areas of risk and implement corrective actions.
• Manage the preparation and submission of various HR reports, including those required by government agencies.
• Oversee employee record management, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives and ensure they align with compliance requirements.
• Provide guidance to management and employees on HR policies and compliance matters.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in labour legislation and advise the business accordingly.
• Assist with the administration of employment contracts and other HR documentation.
• Contribute to the development of HR metrics and dashboards for effective reporting.
