Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and maintain HR compliance programs and policies.
• Monitor changes in labor laws and update policies accordingly.
• Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues and employee grievances.
• Develop and deliver training to employees and managers on compliance topics.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
