Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or strategic HR roles.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven leadership, communication, negotiation, and change management skills.
• Experience with HRIS and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to align HR strategy with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and development.
• Manage complex employee relations issues with fair policy application.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
