Partner with tech leadership to craft talent strategies, improve employee engagement, and implement data-driven HR solutions across recruitment, retention, and organizational design in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as HR Business Partner, ideally supporting technology/engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of tech industry talent landscape and challenges.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
