This fully remote position is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about aligning HR initiatives with the unique demands of the tech industry. You will serve as a key consultant to business leaders, driving talent management, organizational development, and change management strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to fostering a high-performance culture and supporting the continued growth of our client's innovative workforce. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into HR strategies.


• Provide strategic HR guidance and support to designated business units.


• Lead talent acquisition and retention strategies within the technology domain.


• Develop and implement performance management frameworks tailored for tech roles.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting fast-growing, innovative organizations.


• Strong understanding of talent management, organizational development, and change management.


• Excellent consultative, coaching, and influencing skills.


• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and dynamics.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for a remote environment.


• Proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics tools.


• Knowledge of South African labor legislation is essential.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a remote setting.
