Placements24 is seeking a robust Human Resources Manager for our Benoni facility in Gauteng. The role leads HR in an industrial/manufacturing environment, driving industrial relations, OHS compliance, and policy implementation to support safe, compliant operations.

You will oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and workforce planning, advising senior management on labour matters and creating a culture of safety, productivity, and development across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 8 years HR experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role within industrial/manufacturing.
• Proven track record in managing industrial relations, collective bargaining, and dispute resolution.
• Strong understanding of OHS legislation and its practical application.
