Qualifications

• 2–3 years in housekeeping/hospitality supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality, hotels, or facilities environments.
• Proficient in health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• On-site Bellville/Cape Town access preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and maintain high service standards.
• Manage housekeeping staff, rosters, attendance, leaves and performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections ensuring cleanliness and presentation.
• Build and maintain client relationships and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
• Resolve queries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and company policies.
• Monitor stock levels and housekeeping supplies.
• Assist with staff training, onboarding and performance management.
• Ensure accurate reporting, timesheets and admin tasks are completed on time.
• Drive operational efficiency and maintain professional work environment.
