• On-site Bellville/Cape Town access preferred.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Contract Manager – Housekeeping to join our client’s dynamic facilities and support services team within the Hospitality industry, based in Bellville Western Cape. If you’re a results-driven leader with strong client management skills who thrives on ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing contract performance, managing client relationships, coordinating resources, ensuring legislative compliance, and driving profitability, while also identifying opportunities for business growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure high service standards are maintained across the site


• Manage housekeeping staff, rosters, attendance, leave, and overall team performance


• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards


• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring service delivery aligns with client expectations


• Resolve housekeeping-related queries and complaints efficiently and professionally


• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, hygiene standards, and company policies


• Monitor stock levels, housekeeping supplies, and operational requirements


• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and ongoing performance management


• Ensure accurate reporting, timesheet management, and administrative duties are completed timeously

What you’ll need

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a housekeeping, hospitality, cleaning, or supervisory management role


• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills


• Experience managing housekeeping teams within hospitality, hotels, or facilities environments


• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment


• Good understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards


• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities


• Professional, well-presented, and client-service driven


• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills are essential


• Computer literacy and strong administrative skills


• A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are not required for this role
