ANEW Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the sales function across all properties in Gauteng. Based in Centurion, you will set commercial direction, build a high-performing team and grow revenue, market share, and partnerships in line with group targets.

The role requires a proven track record in hotel sales leadership, strategic planning and contract negotiations, with strong collaboration across Revenue, Marketing, and GM teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 10+ years' hotel sales experience with leadership roles.
• 5+ years in senior sales leadership across multi-property groups.
• Proven record of hitting group revenue targets.
• Strong grasp of corporate, conference, government, leisure and trade segments.

Responsibilities

• Set annual sales strategy and budget for all properties.
• Lead National Sales Manager and full sales team; drive KPI attainment.
• Negotiate high-value contracts and key accounts.
• Build partnerships with travel management, associations and tour operators.
• Align sales with Revenue, Marketing, and GM teams.
• Own sales forecast, pipeline, and reporting across properties.
• Ensure CRM discipline, data quality, and process adherence.
• Oversee sales budget including travel, trade shows and commissions.
