Job summary

Boutique Hospitality Group seeks an experienced Group Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across several properties and departments, ensuring profitability and brand consistency. You will manage budgets, lead General Managers, and drive guest satisfaction.

Key duties include maintaining brand standards, health and safety compliance, and collaborating with head office to support growth while upholding exceptional Food & Beverage operations across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality/Business related field.
• Proven leadership and managerial experience in hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple properties and departments.
• Develop and manage budgets, control costs and analyse P&L statements.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure health, safety and licensing compliance.
• Lead and evaluate performance of General Managers and staff.
• Drive guest satisfaction by monitoring feedback and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with head office to support corporate objectives and growth.
• Maintain high F&B standards across all venues and services.
