This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for strategic planning, operational efficiency, and team development. You will oversee all departments, from front desk and housekeeping to F&B and maintenance, driving service excellence and financial performance. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hotel management and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial targets and maximize revenue.
• Manage staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and motivation.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and resolve any escalated guest issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and purchasing processes to optimize profitability.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in hotel management, with a proven track record as a General Manager.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, finance, sales, and marketing.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
