Job summary

Network Finance is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee full hotel operations in Durban, aligning guest experience with financial performance.

You will manage budgets, lead multi-department teams, drive revenue through sales strategies, ensure governance and compliance, and foster service excellence across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years' experience across finance, operations and management.
• Hotel, hospitality or gaming industry experience essential (with familiarity in the gaming / casino environment)
• Strong financial management experience
• Solid operational, HR and people management experience
• Experience developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
• Confident leadership style with excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Commercially minded, hands-on and solutions-driven
