The Staff Connection is seeking a seasoned Hotel General Manager in Cape Town to lead a premier property. You will oversee end‑to‑end hotel operations, drive revenue and cost controls, and mentor a diverse team to consistently deliver guest‑centric service.

A strong financial acumen and brand stewardship are essential to succeed in this role. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a GM role within 4*/5* hotels, with a proven record in operations, guest relations and revenue management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Hotel GM in 4*/5* environments.
• Strong operations, guest relations and revenue management background.
• Demonstrated commercial and financial management capability.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Experience with high-volume guest stays is advantageous.
