The role requires a proven track record in hospitality leadership, strong P&L control, and strategic planning. A degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or senior hospitality leader.
• Experience in revenue management and controlling P&L.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of hotel operations and guest service best practices.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations including guest services, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to hit revenue targets.
• Lead and develop hotel staff with ongoing training and feedback.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by monitoring feedback and addressing issues promptly.
• Build relationships with suppliers, authorities, and community stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and implement cost-saving measures without sacrificing quality.
