Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Guest Relations/guest-facing role in hospitality.
• Strong hotel operations and front desk knowledge; customer service focus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty programs.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback and complaints; ensure timely resolutions.
• Oversee guest services coordination including check-in/check-out, concierge and special requests.
• Train and mentor front-desk staff to maintain service excellence.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive improvements from insights.
