About the Role Our client, a prominent hotel group, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Hotel General Manager to lead their flagship property in Soweto, Gauteng . This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for the overall success of the hotel, including operations, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team development. The General Manager will oversee all departments, drive revenue growth, maintain brand standards, and ensure a memorable experience for every guest. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of all departments.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 5 years in a General Manager or senior executive role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations, financial performance, and guest satisfaction.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of all hotel operations, including F&B, Rooms Division, Sales & Marketing, and Finance.
• Experience in budget management, P&L analysis, and revenue management.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and drive innovation.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and software.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Soweto, Gauteng .
