Placements24 is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for its Midrand, Gauteng team. This hybrid role focuses on driving revenue growth in the enterprise technology sector by managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and by building strong relationships with C-level stakeholders.

You will develop strategic plans, deliver compelling proposals, and collaborate with marketing to align messaging with leads, while exceeding quotas and expanding market share in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct B2B technology or software sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing complex deals with C-level executives.
• Strong prospecting, discovery and needs assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit targets.
• Identify and prospect potential enterprise clients via multiple channels.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand business and IT requirements.
• Present compelling proposals, demos and negotiate contracts.
