You will troubleshoot system queries, gather feedback for the development team, and maintain records of issues and resolutions. A mix of hospitality knowledge and technical know-how is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Panstrat, ResRequest or similar PMS.
• PHP development training is beneficial.
• Lodge or hospitality background is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to clients using the PMS.
• Travel to lodges to train staff on system use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related queries.
• Liaise with the development team on feedback and issues.
• Maintain clear records of support queries and resolutions.
