Job summary

Precision Recruitment International seeks a Training & Development Lead to design, implement, and oversee training across fast food outlets. This role requires relocation to Zambia and a strong background in hospitality or QSR learning and development.

You will develop training strategies, onboarding programs, and modules on customer service, food safety, hygiene, and operational excellence, plus leadership development for managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, hospitality management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in training and development, preferably in fast food, hospitality, or retail.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing training programs.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and QSR practices.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with multi-outlet or franchise operations.
• Certification in training, coaching, or instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute training strategies aligned with business goals and brand standards.
• Design onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
• Create and deliver modules covering customer service, food safety, hygiene, and operational excellence.
• Implement leadership development programs for outlet managers and supervisors.
• Conduct regular training needs assessments and skills gap analyses.
• Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure training supports business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Introduce innovative learning methods (e-learning, workshops, simulations) to enhance engagement.
• Champion a culture of learning, growth, and career development across the organization.
