Syndicate Personnel Specialists is recruiting an experienced General Manager / Hospital Executive to lead a new hospital venture, with full accountability for operational performance, financial sustainability, clinical governance and business growth.

This role requires a commercially astute healthcare leader who balances exceptional patient care, operational excellence and financial performance. You will work closely with directors and clinicians to drive improvements and sustainable success.

Competenze

• Established healthcare executive with strong commercial acumen and hands-on operational leadership of a hospital/healthcare facility.
• 8–10 years' experience in healthcare management, including at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Proven experience managing complex, multidisciplinary healthcare operations.
• Strong financial management capability with responsibility for significant operational and capital budgets.
• Sound understanding of hospital operations, clinical governance, pharmacy and radiology services.
• Knowledge of South African healthcare legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Relevant degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration or related discipline.

You will take overall responsibility for a multidisciplinary healthcare operation, providing strategic direction while ensuring the business delivers against its financial, operational and clinical objectives.

Working closely with directors, medical professionals and other key stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance, improving efficiencies and positioning the organisation for sustainable growth.

Who We're Looking For

An established healthcare executive who combines strong commercial acumen with hands-on operational leadership of a hopsital / healthcare facility.

Ideally, you will bring:
