• Previous banking (home loans) and/or real estate experience and existing relationships with industry, i.e. real estate agents, attorney PROs, Portal Relationship Managers, etc., essential
• Proven track record of outstanding sales performance in a multi-product environment

Key Performance Areas

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets by driving lead growth in existing agency partner channels, and sourcing new agency partners channels to build your customer base
• Represent ooba at regional customer conferences, regional meetings and industry events

• Deliver product and service presentations across all potential avenues to grow lead base
• Attend agency meetings to inform and upskill agents on new products and other value adding services
• Drive new product sales initiatives
