Job summary

Innovazi Consulting (Pty) Ltd is seeking a proactive Home Loan Sales Consultant to actively source and convert new home loan business. You will engage estate agents, bond originators, and direct clients, delivering needs-based solutions with excellent service throughout the process.

You will manage pipelines, assess affordability, pre-qualify applicants, structure loan solutions, guide applications, and build lasting client relationships to generate referrals.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate required.
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Proven external sales experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or property.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Proven external sales experience (financial services, banking, insurance, or property preferred)
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience working with leads, pipelines, and conversion targets
