Job summary

Huntswood Group in Durban is seeking a claims associate to support customers with home insurance queries. You will engage with clients, understand their claims, and work toward fair and timely resolutions in line with FCA guidelines.

The role offers a fast-paced, supportive team environment and opportunities to develop expertise in claims handling. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of home insurance experience, strong English communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Home Insurance Experience is required.
• Experience managing claims from FNOL through final settlement.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Always put the customer’s interests first while delivering exceptional service.
• Handle both outbound and inbound calls and manage cases from start to finish.
• Lodge claims, update details and make adjustments or cancellations.
