Strong English, attention to detail and analytical skills are essential for compassionate, compliant customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Must have National Senior Certificate.
• Clear credit and criminal records required.
• Minimum 1 year of home insurance experience.
• Experience handling Home Insurance claims from FNOL to final settlement.
• Experience booking and registering new home insurance claims.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and numeric skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls while managing cases from start to finish.
• Lodge claims, update details and make adjustments or cancellations.
• Prioritise customer interests and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
