Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) required.
• Clear credit and criminal record.
• Proven experience in the insurance space.
• Proven track record of high performance.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and numeric skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize customers' interests and provide exceptional service.
• Handle outbound and inbound calls; manage cases end-to-end.
• Engage effectively to resolve complaints promptly.
• Lodge claims, update details, and process adjustments or cancellations.
• Provide world-class service to international clients.
