Job summary

Huntswood Group is seeking a dedicated professional to join our claims department in Durban. You will be the key contact for customers with insurance recovery claims, ensuring fair, timely resolutions in line with FCA guidelines.

Your role involves engaging with customers, understanding their concerns, and resolving issues while maintaining high standards of service and accuracy in all interactions.

Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) required.
• Clear credit and criminal records.
• Experience in the insurance space.
• Proven track record of high performance.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Put the customer’s interests first while delivering exceptional service.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls and manage cases from start to finish.
• Lodge claims, update details and adjust or cancel as needed.
