Placements24 seeks a diligent Helpdesk Support Analyst to join their IT department in Welkom. You will provide critical technical support to internal users, troubleshoot issues, and maintain IT service delivery.

The role includes onsite and hybrid work options, onboarding new staff, and conducting IT audits to ensure security and compliance within the Free State province. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Helpdesk Analyst or in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common business applications.
• Familiarity with network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are advantageous.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
