Placements24 is seeking a customer-focused Helpdesk Support Analyst to join the IT department in Upington. You will provide first and second-level technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues to keep operations productive.

You will document solutions, assist with user accounts, and contribute to knowledge bases, while enjoying a hybrid work model and opportunities for certifications and training.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Helpdesk Support Analyst or similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
