Job summary

VALD is seeking a Client Success Manager in Cape Town to support health and performance professionals in adopting VALD technology. You will manage an assigned client portfolio, drive onboarding, and ensure seamless use of VALD systems.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering proactive support via online meetings and occasional face-to-face interactions with clients.

Qualifications

• Must have used VALD Technology in a current or prior role.
• Excellent grammar, spelling and proofreading skills.
• Ability to understand client perspectives and challenges.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships quickly.
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding and ensure successful VALD system implementation.
• Build strong client relationships through online methods and occasional in-person meetings.
• Identify client needs and opportunities for growth.
• Deliver online client presentations using Teams.
• Track activity and report using SaaS tools such as HubSpot and Microsoft Suite.
• Handle multiple assignments and field support requests independently or with teammates.
