Qualifications

• Experience delivering class-room and on-site training programs.
• Ability to write and develop course material.
• Ability to plan and manage annual training calendar.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store and classroom training with hands-on facilitation.
• Write and update course materials and manuals.
• Develop and manage the yearly training planner for internal and external programs.
• Track and report employee training across the group.
• Create franchisee training planners and brand SOPs/systems.
• Lead training for new store openings including systems and audits.
• Coordinate company induction programs for new hires.
• Prepare and submit annual Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and ensure compliance.
• Manage external training sponsorships and reporting.
• Provide additional operational support as required.
