• Coordinate company induction programs for new hires.
• Prepare and submit annual Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and ensure compliance.
• Manage external training sponsorships and reporting.
• Provide additional operational support as required.

Job Requirements

• Class facilitation and training (practical in‑store and theoretical classroom).
• Writing and developing course material.
• Creating and managing the yearly training planner (internal and external).
• Tracking and reporting on employee training across the group.
• Developing franchisee training planners and brand packs (SOPs, systems, procedures).
• Leading new store opening training, including management systems and audit procedures.
• Coordinating company induction programs for new employees.
• Submitting yearly Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and ensuring compliance.
• Managing external training sponsorships (e.g., DEG) and reporting effectively.
• Providing operational support and additional responsibilities as required.
