Job summary

Corecruitment is seeking an experienced Head of Training to lead our group’s training programs across restaurant operations in Cape Town or Gauteng, South Africa. You will design curricula, implement development plans, and ensure consistency with brand standards.

You will partner with store managers, monitor progress, report results, and drive learning initiatives that improve service quality and staff performance.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in training facilitation and program development.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple training initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead training initiatives across restaurant operations.
• Develop annual training planner and track progress.
• Coordinate new store opening training for brand standards and systems.
• Conduct monthly company induction programs for new staff.
• Manage Workplace Skills Plan submissions and targets.
• Oversee external training sponsorships and reporting.
