Responsibilities

• Own channel strategy for PPC and SEO across clients and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Set quality and development standards for PPC/SEO strategists; review performance and enforce accountability.
• Ensure honest reporting and GA4 attribution accuracy across client accounts.
• Own client communications, including escalation when an account is at risk and direct strategists to fixes.
• Lead hiring plans for the department and conduct first-round interviews within a quarter.
