Responsibilities

• Own PPC and SEO strategy across accounts.
• Define quality standards and audits for client work.
• Ensure accurate reporting and GA4 accuracy across campaigns.
• Escalate and manage accounts at risk with clients and guide strategists.
• Set channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Define what sales can credibly deliver to clients before sale.
• Lead hiring planning and first-round interviews for your team.
