This is a management seat focused on strategy, client outcomes, and budgeting decisions. You will guide the team, oversee reporting quality, and drive growth while the strategists execute campaigns.

Qualifications

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO.
• Experience leading strategists and managing accounts.
• Proven ability to turn around underperforming accounts.
• Agency experience handling many accounts simultaneously.
• Strong client-facing communication and project management.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the search marketing function, aligning PPC and SEO strategy.
• Define quality standards for audits and reporting and enforce them.
• Ensure client results and honest reporting, including GA4 accuracy.
• Escalate and diagnose issues, directing strategists to fix them.
• Set channel strategy and budget allocation as client accounts scale.
• Communicate capabilities to sales and guide realistic commitments.
• Lead the hiring plan and conduct first-round interviews.
