Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and crafting personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone to book discovery calls for our AEs.

This role requires B2B sales experience, strong written communication, and familiarity with outbound tools and Salesforce.

Competenze

• B2B sales experience preferred.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role.
• Strong written communication.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Proficient in Salesforce and pipeline management.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Mansioni

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
