Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to open doors across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and by creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

As a fully remote role, you will coordinate with Account Executives, maintain pipeline in Salesforce/SalesLoft, and continuously test messaging to improve targeting and response rates.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback with sales team.
