Job summary

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue for a prestigious 5-star hotel in Cape Town, Western Cape. The role focuses on developing and implementing revenue strategies to maximise profitability and optimise room rates.

The candidate will oversee pricing, distribution, and inventory management, monitor ADR and occupancy, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations to drive growth. Negotiable salary dependent on experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior revenue management role within luxury hospitality.
Strong knowledge of revenue management systems, distribution channels and pricing strategies.
Excellent analytical, forecasting and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximise hotel profitability.
Analyse market trends, competitor pricing and demand forecasts to identify revenue opportunities.
Oversee pricing strategies, inventory management and distribution channels.
Monitor occupancy levels, ADR and revenue performance.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Reservations to drive growth.
Prepare revenue reports, forecasts and performance analyses.
Lead and support the revenue management team to achieve business objectives.
