Job summary

Kendrick Recruitment seeks an experienced Director of Revenue for a prestigious 5-star hotel in Cape Town. You will develop and implement revenue strategies to maximise profitability, optimise room rates, and drive overall business performance.

You will oversee pricing, distribution, inventory, monitor ADR and occupancy, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Reservations. The role leads the revenue management team and prepares forecasts and analyses.

Qualifications

• Senior revenue management experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of revenue management systems, distribution channels and pricing strategies.
• Excellent analytical, forecasting and financial management skills.
• Strong leadership, communication and strategic planning abilities.
• A results-driven approach with the ability to identify and maximise revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximise hotel profitability.
• Analyse market trends, competitor pricing and demand forecasts to identify revenue opportunities.
• Oversee pricing strategies, inventory management and distribution channels.
• Monitor occupancy levels, ADR and revenue performance.
• Work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Reservations teams to drive business growth.
• Prepare revenue reports, forecasts and performance analyses.
• Lead and support the revenue management team to achieve business objectives.
