Job summary

Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting for a Revenue and Reservations Supervisor to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Franschhoek, Western Cape. You will oversee reservations operations across all channels, optimize occupancy and revenue, and guide a team to deliver exceptional guest service from booking to arrival.

The role requires experience in hotel reservations or revenue management, a formal hospitality qualification, strong leadership, and proficiency with reservations systems.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate and hospitality qualification are required.
• Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment is preferred.
• Protel PMS experience would be beneficial.
• Strong leadership and guest-service focus are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all revenue streams and systems to maximise profitability.
• Create, interpret and forecast revenue reports in the absence of the Revenue Manager.
• Supervise and train reservation agents to maintain service quality and timely responses.
• Oversee daily processing of bookings and amendments across channels.
• Monitor room availability, rates and channel allocations to optimise ADR and occupancy.
• Prepare group and conference quotes and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Sales on VIP arrivals and group lists.
• Maintain strict guest confidentiality.
