Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a commercially driven Director of Revenue for an internationally branded five-star hotel in the heart of Cape Town. This leadership role requires shaping strategy and driving commercial performance across pricing, forecasting and distribution.

Working closely with the General Manager and sales, marketing and reservations teams, you will turn data into clear revenue decisions and lead a high-impact revenue management function in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior hotel revenue management role.
• Track record of delivering measurable commercial results.
• Excellent analytical, forecasting and financial skills.
• Knowledge of market segmentation and online distribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategies across market segments and channels.
• Lead pricing, inventory management, forecasting and budgeting.
• Monitor booking pace, demand trends, and market performance.
• Lead revenue meetings and provide clear reporting.
• Build revenue management capability within the hotel team.
