Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring a Digital Marketing Director to lead its PPC and SEO department. You will own channel strategy, budget allocation, and client-facing communications while guiding two strategists who execute the campaigns.

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO.
• Ability to own channel strategy and budget allocation.
• Comfortable being the client-facing owner when an account underperforms.

Responsabilités

• Own channel strategy and budget decisions as accounts scale.
• Supervise PPC and SEO strategists, set quality bars and reviews.
• Ensure honest reporting and GA4 accuracy across client accounts.
• Lead hiring and interview first-rounds for the department.
• Diagnose at-risk accounts and direct strategists to fix issues with client calls.
